Yes — every order can be sent with a handwritten message, and we offer elegant gift wrapping on request. Perfect for sending something special directly to your recipient.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay.

How much is delivery and how long will it take?

Standard UK delivery is typically 2–4 working days. Delivery charges are £6.95 with free shipping offered on orders over £75.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We hope you’ll love your purchase, but if not, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for
a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Unfortunately
you cannot return earrings for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty

Where are your products made?

The majority of our collection is British-made, with many items crafted here in East Anglia. Where we do source internationally, we ensure every piece ethically produced.

Do you only sell British-made items?

Our focus is on championing British makers, but we occasionally curate beautiful pieces
from overseas , always from trusted, ethical suppliers.

Are your products sustainably sourced?

Yes. Sustainability is central to everything we do. We prioritise natural materials, environmentally responsible packaging, and suppliers who share our values.

Do you have a physical shop I can visit?

Yes — our shop is in the heart of Woodbridge, Suffolk. We’d be delighted to welcome you in

Can I collect my order in person from the store?

Absolutely. At checkout, simply select ‘Click & Collect’ and we’ll have your order ready for
you.

How should I care for my jewellery/soft furnishings/home fragrance?

Do you restock sold-out items?

Many of our products are made in small batches, so once they’re gone, they may not return. However, some favourites are regularly restocked.
