These terms and conditions will apply to all orders for Products which are being delivered within the UK.
We do not offer international delivery.
Terms Of Sale
Delivery Policy
We aim to ship orders within 1 to 3 days working days (Monday to Friday)
Shipping cost is calculated on checkout. Orders over Β£100 are shipped free of charge.
You may opt to collect orders from our shop. These will be ready withing 2 working days of the order being placed.
We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for dispatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.
Orders will be dispatched to the address given on the order. We cannot take responsibility for errors in this address.
If the package you receive is badly damaged or open please do not accept the delivery and contact us (info@goldfinchwoodbridge.co.uk) immediately to arrange a replacement.
We do not accept any responsibility for postage costs for returned items unless these are damaged or faulty.
We do not dispatch goods outside the UK mainland
Tax Charges
All prices on our website are displayed inclusive of VAT, where applicable, at the standard rate of 20%.
