Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection online and add your chosen items to your basket. When you’re
ready, head to checkout where you can securely complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay.

Can I add a gift message or gift wrap?

Yes — every order can be sent with a handwritten message, and we offer elegant gift wrapping on request. Perfect for sending something special directly to your recipient.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

We do. Our gift vouchers are available in-store and online, making them a thoughtful option when you’d like someone to choose for themselves.

Delivery & Returns

How much is delivery and how long will it take?

Standard UK delivery is typically 2–4 working days. Delivery charges are calculated at
checkout, with free shipping offered on orders over £75.

Do you offer international delivery?

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll look into it straight away.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We hope you’ll love your purchase, but if not, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for
a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Unfortunately
you cannot return earrings for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please let us
know immediately and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Products & Sourcing

Do I necessarily have to create an account to order?

No it's not mandatory. But it is highly recommended. Indeed, it will allow you to find your history, edit your addresses and track your parcel online faster. You will also be notified of new products and special events.

Do you save my bank details?

Absolutely not. We never have access to this information. It is the company Stripe that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.

Where are your products made?

The majority of our collection is British-made, with many items crafted here in East Anglia. Where we do source internationally, we ensure every piece ethically produced.

Do you only sell British-made items?

Our focus is on championing British makers, but we occasionally curate beautiful pieces
from overseas , always from trusted, ethical suppliers.

Are your products sustainably sourced?

Yes. Sustainability is central to everything we do. We prioritise natural materials, environmentally responsible packaging, and suppliers who share our values.

How do you choose the makers you work with?

We carefully select independent makers whose craftsmanship, ethos, and attention to detail
reflect our own. Many are small businesses and artisans creating work by hand.

Do you have a physical shop I can visit?

Yes — our shop is in the heart of Woodbridge, Suffolk. We’d be delighted to welcome you in
person.

Can I collect my order in person from the store?

Absolutely. At checkout, simply select ‘Click & Collect’ and we’ll have your order ready for
you.

How should I care for my jewellery/soft furnishings/home fragrance?

Each product page includes care advice. If you need further guidance, we’ll be glad to advise.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Many of our products are made in small batches, so once they’re gone, they may not return. However, some favourites are regularly restocked.
