We have to thank you all for your support over Christmas and 2024 to date.
We were frantically busy, which was wonderful for our first festive season. Our charity Christmas pudding making evening, for the local RDA was also a great hit and we hope to do it again in November.
We are also busily trying to organise other evening workshops…watch this space.
I hope you are enjoying the mild weather? You will start to see aspects of spring coming into the shop and we are introducing some new ranges of beauty products and perfumes.
We also have a new range of block printed table linen and napkins in gorgeous, vibrant patterns arriving shortly.
We currently have some chairs being restored and reupholstered and they will be in the shop soon. Our last pieces were a great hit.
Easter is fast approaching and Goldfinch is a great place to find an original card or gift and our team are always on hand to offer suggestions.

Workshops
We are aiming to host workshops to learn new skills every eight weeks or so. These will be held from 6pm – 8pm on a Thursday or Friday night over tea, coffee or a glass of fizz. The first event we can announce is:
- Make Your Own Christmas Pudding For Charity
- Friday 10th November
- 6pm – 8pm
Join us for a fun few hours, guided by Emma Young and make your own delicious Christmas Pud. We will supply top quality ingredients and you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee or a glass of fizz and a good natter whilst we stir!
