Yes — every order can be sent with a handwritten message, and we offer elegant gift wrapping on request. Perfect for sending something special directly to your recipient.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay.

How much is delivery and how long will it take?

Standard UK delivery is typically 2–3 working days. Delivery charges are £4.50, with free delivery on orders over £45. We do not ship outside the UK.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We hope you’ll love your purchase, but if not, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, earrings and toiletries cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

The majority of our collection is British-made, with many items crafted here in East Anglia. Where we do source internationally, we ensure every piece is ethically produced.

Do you only sell British-made items?

Our focus is on championing British makers, but we occasionally curate beautiful pieces from overseas, always from trusted, ethical suppliers.

Do you have a physical shop I can visit?
