To maintain your bag in it's best condition we recommend not to over-fill your bag so it can conserve its original shape. Wicker is a delicate, naturally harvested material, long period of humidity and heat may affect the item.
Our totes are water resistant but we would recommend avoiding contact with water.

Yes — every order can be sent with a handwritten message, and we offer elegant gift wrapping on request. Perfect for sending something special directly to your recipient.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay.

How much is delivery and how long will it take?

Standard UK delivery is typically 2–4 working days. Delivery charges are £6.95 with free shipping offered on orders over £75.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We hope you’ll love your purchase, but if not, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for
a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Unfortunately
you cannot return earrings for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty

The majority of our collection is British-made, with many items crafted here in East Anglia. Where we do source internationally, we ensure every piece ethically produced.

Do you only sell British-made items?

Our focus is on championing British makers, but we occasionally curate beautiful pieces
from overseas , always from trusted, ethical suppliers.

Do you have a physical shop I can visit?
