Duo set of our full size Shampoo and Conditioner products.

An every day cleansing shampoo infused with 1% Wild Nettle Extract, Kentish Apple Cider Vinegar and Pinot Noir Grape Extract.

Provides intense cleansing to remove product and dirt build up around the follicle whilst strengthening, protecting and softening the hair.

Our conditioner is a lightweight conditioning blend that encourages shine and moisture retention for a healthier head of hair. Vegan Keratin and Pinot Noir Grape

Extracts work quickly to nourish and soften hair. Scented with English Peppermint, Tuberose and Fresh Grass

Can I add a gift message or gift wrap?

How much is delivery and how long will it take?

Standard UK delivery is typically 2–4 working days. Delivery charges are £6.95 with free shipping offered on orders over £75.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We hope you’ll love your purchase, but if not, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for
a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Unfortunately
you cannot return earrings for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty

Where are your products made?

The majority of our collection is British-made, with many items crafted here in East Anglia. Where we do source internationally, we ensure every piece ethically produced.

Do you only sell British-made items?

Our focus is on championing British makers, but we occasionally curate beautiful pieces
from overseas , always from trusted, ethical suppliers.

Are your products sustainably sourced?

Yes. Sustainability is central to everything we do. We prioritise natural materials, environmentally responsible packaging, and suppliers who share our values.

Do you have a physical shop I can visit?

Yes — our shop is in the heart of Woodbridge, Suffolk. We’d be delighted to welcome you in
person.

Can I collect my order in person from the store?

Absolutely. At checkout, simply select ‘Click & Collect’ and we’ll have your order ready for
you.

How should I care for my jewellery/soft furnishings/home fragrance?

Do you restock sold-out items?

Many of our products are made in small batches, so once they’re gone, they may not return. However, some favourites are regularly restocked.
